Is the device locked to a network?

For example, if your handset only works on EE, O2, Vodafone or Tesco etc. then it is locked.

What is the storage size?

The Storage Size (or Internal Memory) refers to the total amount of digital space available on your device to save the operating system, apps, photos, videos, and files. Think of it as the size of your digital filing cabinet—the larger it is, the more you can store without needing to delete old content or rely on cloud services.

What is the condition?

This section allows you to define the physical and functional state of the device. The Condition is the most critical factor in determining the final trade-in or resale value, as it accounts for the cost of potential repairs or refurbishment.

What is your IMEI?

Your IMEI can be obtained by dialling *#06# or will be located on either your original box, or order confirmation paperwork.

Battery Health

This refers to the maximum charging capacity and functional performance of your battery. For example, if your device frequently shuts down unexpectedly or the maximum capacity in settings is below 80%, it may be classified as having degraded battery health.

Damages - Lifting back cover

This occurs when the rear panel of the device begins to separate from the frame. For example, if you notice a gap between the back glass and the chassis, or if the cover feels “springy” when pressed, this is typically a sign of an internal battery swelling or adhesive failure.

Damages - Cosmetic

These are physical imperfections that do not affect the internal logic of the device but impact its appearance. For example, if your device has visible “pitting” around the charging port, paint chips on the frame, or “micro-scratches” on the screen, these are considered cosmetic damages.
